Just back from my most recent trip to Barcelona, and do I have a lot to share with you! We'll be preparing Tapas, Pinxtos, and yummy Paella: Mordisco's Tomato Carpaccio with Basil Oil, Black Salt & Confit; Xiringuito's Awesome Gazpacho with Savory Top; A La Plancha Shrimp with Crispy Garlic and Preserved Lemon; Galito's Hanger Steak with Romesco; Gigante White Bean Salad, Wild Mushroom Pinxto; Chicken Brochettas with Chimichurri; Bar Lobo's Bocadillo Sampler of Warm Artisanal Bread with Tomato, and Seared Tuna with Onion Marmalade; Cal Pep's Spicy & Sweet Chicken Wings; Escriba's Seafood Paella; Pla's Crème Brulee Catalan Style, and other awesome info on Barcelona!

New: Multi-Ethnic Culinary Walking Tour of Astoria
Astoria's diverse culinary landscape is truly a hidden jewel. Tour this area of Queens and learn about its culinary allure. We'll be starting our tour at the famous Omonia Café, home of "My Big Fat Greek Wedding"; Djerden Burek for a sampling of their famous berekas; Mediterranean Food's for a feta tasting; Tony's awesome Salumeria; Queen's Comfort for all things comfy; Lazizia's delicious Middle Eastern pastries; Organic Que and More! Meeting place to be determined.

New: The Costa Brava & Mediterranean Cooking Class
Just back from my most recent trip to The Costa Brava. Learn all about the wonderful flavors of The Costa Brava in this all new cooking class. We'll be preparing: El Parador's Tuna Tartare with Mango, Avocado and Dill; Agua Blava Salad of Rocket, Shaved Manchego, Mini Croutons, Serrano with Spanish Oil & Citrus Vinaigrette; Sa Racassa's Whole Grilled Sea Bass with Late Summer Stone Fruit, Purple Basil & Meyer Vinaigrette; Es Furio's Chile Lime Clams with Chick Peas in Tomato Broth; Casa Moner's Vegetarian Quiche, and Chok's Chocolate Pops with Crème Caramel!

Holiday Cheer is almost here, check out this great class to help liven up whatever holiday you celebrate! We'll be preparing the following: Bubbly Cran-Rosemary Shooter; Sweet Potato & Pumpkin "Chowder"; Salad of Greens, Pomegranate Seeds, Roasted Seckel Pears & Delicata Squash Rings, Candied Pistachios & Coach Farm's Goat Cheese Crostini with Warm Maple Cider Vinaigrette; Lacinto Kale & Wild Mushroom Gratin; Cranberry, Fig & Jalapeño Chutney; Crispy Vegetable "Latkes"; Double Stuffed Honey Squash with Marshmallow Topping; Roast Turkey with Cranberry & Cornbread Stuffing; Holiday Pasta; Vegetable "Stack" Holiday Medley; Cranberry Apple Bites; Double Chocolate Chunk Biscotti.
