Just back from my most recent trip to The Costa Brava. Learn all about the wonderful flavors of The Costa Brava in this all new cooking class. We'll be preparing: El Parador's Tuna Tartare with Mango, Avocado and Dill; Agua Blava Salad of Rocket, Shaved Manchego, Mini Croutons, Serrano with Spanish Oil & Citrus Vinaigrette; Sa Racassa's Whole Grilled Sea Bass with Late Summer Stone Fruit, Purple Basil & Meyer Vinaigrette; Es Furio's Chile Lime Clams with Chick Peas in Tomato Broth; Casa Moner's Vegetarian Quiche, and Chok's Chocolate Pops with Crème Caramel!
