Calling all outdoorsy cooks, let's start grilling in this all new Greenmarket Grilling 2018  cooking class!  You'll be preparing: Baby Spinach Salad with Farro, Grilled Strawberries, Toasted Pecans & Poppyseed Dressing; Grilled Antipasti Medley of Scarmorza, Radicchio & Mini Grilled Herb Piadinas; Fiery Spit Roasted Chicken; Fregola with Grilled Leeks, Tomatoes & Pistachio Pesto; Grilled Tri-Color Carrots with Herb Tahini Dressing; Smoky Shrimp Kabobs with Harissa Corn Relish; Darn Good Ribs with Nashville "Cue" Sauce; Shredded Slaw, and Grilled Banana Split Sundaes in a Jar with Homemade Ice Cream & Fun-Fetti Topping.  Plus great grilling tips, info on new grills and gadgets, and a load of greenmarket chit-chat!
