CuisineArts’ Mini Hot Chile Chocolate Shooters
6 ounces semi sweet chocolate, chopped into small pieces
3 cups whole, 2% or 1% milk
¼ teaspoon chile powder
Pinch of cinnamon
Place the chopped chocolate in a small pot; add the milk, chile powder and cinnamon.
Whisk until the chocolate is melted and mixture slighlty thickens. Ladle into 6 small cups and serve immediately.
