We'll be preparing: Summer Platter of Peaches, Pickled Shallot, & Casa de Mozzarella’s Homemade Burrata; Panzanella Salad of Heirloom Tomatoes, Purple Basil, Romano Beans & Garlicky Mustard Vinaigrette; Farro with Delicate “Cress”, Cucs, Shaved Fennel, Celery, Pistachio & Citron Vinaigrette; Colorful Summer Squash Salad with Arugula & Ricotta Salata; Grilled Chicken with Aged Balsamic & Basil Marinade & Grilled Trevisio; Grilled Shrimp with Lemon, Oregano & Italian Chiles; Charred Branzino with Smashed Olives, Lemon & Herb Bouquet; Mixed Berry Polenta Crisp; and Italian Sundaes with Nutella.
