Everyday can be Cinco de Mayo! Flavors, Assorted Plates and More Mexican Dishes! 

You’ll be preparing the following: Plato de Lunes: Black Kale with Pepitas Seeds Cotija Cheese, Roasted Pumpkin & Masa Croutons; Plato de Martes: Quesadilla of Brisket Monterey Jack, Salsa Roma & Pickled Red Onions; Plato de Miercoles: Pulled Chicken Empananda with Queso Chihuahua, Salsa Mexicana & Jalapeño Crema; Plato de Jueves: “The Gringo Taco” with Ground Beef, Colby Jack, Sour Cream, Shaved Lettuce & Pico de Gallo; Plato de Viernes: Achiote Chicken Enchiladas; Plato de Sabado: Veggie Burrito; Platos de Domingo: Sides of Pinto Beans & Rice; and Tres Leches Flan.
