We'll be preparing: Chicken Zoodle Soup; Dinosaur Kale Salad with Shaved Asparagus & Fennel, Crushed Hazelnuts & Asian Pear Vinaigrette; Roasted Sticky Apricot Chicken on a Stand; Veal Stew with Sweet Potatoes; Tri-Color Roasted Carrots with Quinoa & Herb Vinaigrette; Persian Cucumber Salad with Shaved French Radish & Apples; Lots of Color Roasted Beet Salad with Citrus Vinaigrette; Flourless Chocolate Clusters; and Apple Cake with Crumb Topping. Plus holiday time-sheet and other holiday chit-chat.
